Open Settings → Export save to file. Keep that file somewhere safe. To restore it later, use Import save in the same panel. Importing never destroys your current save until the new one has been written successfully.
The game keeps a backup of your previous save. Open Settings and use Restore previous save. Some systems clear an app's storage when space runs low. If that happens, the app restores from its own durable copy automatically the next time it starts.
Open Settings and set Graphics to Med or Low. The game picks a setting for your device at first launch, but you can always override it — your choice is remembered and takes priority from then on.
The game needs WebGL 2. On desktop, make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser and your graphics drivers are current. If you're running it in a browser, try a different current one — that isolates a driver problem from a browser problem quickly. Low graphics helps a slower compatible device, but it cannot add WebGL 2 to a WebGL 1-only device.
No connection is required for play. Everything needed by the game is installed or cached locally, so you can play in airplane mode. If your platform offers cloud saves and you enable them, the platform may sync your save when a connection is available; gameplay never waits for that sync.
No. There are no ads, no purchases, no subscriptions and no currency to buy. See our privacy policy.
Settings → Start a new game. This erases your city, cash, towers, stores and coverage, and it cannot be undone. Use Export save to file first if you might want it back.
The most useful bug report tells us three things: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Add your device and the build number from Settings, and a screenshot if the problem is visual.
